 Position Title: Executive Personal Assistant

 Location: Mineks International, Elmadag Office


 JOB DESCRIPTION :

 Managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information for the project team;

 Preparing spreadsheets, databases and presentations;

 Researching and coordinating various activities and details associated with meetings, events and business trips;

 Assisting with events and meetings planning;

 Maintaining the company calendar;

 Monitoring national and international press;

 Translating articles and reports (Turkish-English)

 Coordinating general administrative activities and providing general office support.


 CANDIDATE PROFILE :

 Degree qualification from a recognized university in a relative field

 Age 22 - 35, female

 Presentable

 Excellent command of the English language in speaking, reading and writing - knowledge of other languages (French, Arabic, Russian, etc.) will be a bonus

 Able to skillfully prepare statistical and written reports as well as presentations for management

 Good secretarial skills and experience of working in an office environment

 Highly organized, motivated, career-orientated and able to work under pressure

 Good verbal and written communication skills

 Excellent knowledge of PC, MS Office Applications

 Able to occasionally work late hours and travel as necessary
